In our second MIT Trope Tank Salon we hear from artist/researchers Albert Figurt (visiting from Italy) and Nanna Debois Buhl (joining us this semester from Denmark). Albert, aka Alberto Angelini, uses his desktop to share the story of desktop narratives (movies made with screen capture) and several of their paradoxes. Nanna relates weaving practices to programming and shows documentation of her artwork that ranges from photography to computational text generators. Hosted by Nick Montfort, with videography and live video editing by Albert.
